Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on or using AutomationTools.ca ("AutomationTools", https://automationtools.ca) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

AutomationTools lets you connect your own Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels, LinkedIn profiles and Pages, and TikTokaccounts through each platform's official login (OAuth), then compose, schedule and publish your own posts and videos to the accounts you select. Content is published only when you click Publish, or at the time you scheduled.

3. Platform terms you must follow

When you connect or publish to a platform through AutomationTools, you remain bound by, and agree to comply with, that platform's terms and policies:

• YouTube: AutomationTools uses the YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policyapplies to Google's handling of your data.
• TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.
• Facebook and Instagram: the Meta Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
• LinkedIn: the LinkedIn User Agreement.

AutomationTools is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok. Those platforms may limit or remove content or accounts under their own rules.

4. Your account and content

Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only publish content you created or have the rights to. You are responsible for your content, including the settings you choose (for example visibility, "made for kids" and commercial-content disclosures).

5. Acceptable use

• No spam, misleading, infringing, hateful or illegal content.
• No reposting other people's content without permission, and no fake engagement.
• No attempts to break platform rate limits or rules, or to access other users' accounts or data.
• No malware or harmful code.

6. AI-assisted writing

Optional AI suggestions are drafts. Review and edit them; you are responsible for anything you publish.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. Publishing can fail because of platform outages, API changes, rate limits or expired logins; failures are shown in the app.

8. Ending your use

You can disconnect any account at any time, and delete your account and data from Settings > Delete my account and data (see the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages). We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or platform policies.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, failed or delayed posts, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.
