How to Delete Your Data

AutomationTools.ca respects your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time.

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion

1. Log in to your account at automationtools.ca
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete:

• Your account and profile information
• All connected social media credentials (encrypted API keys)
• All posts, drafts, and scheduled content
• All templates and RSS feeds
• All analytics data
• AI usage history

Option 2: Email Request

Send a deletion request to privacy@automationtools.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

• All your data is permanently removed from our servers
• This action cannot be undone
• Posts already published to social media platforms will remain on those platforms — you must delete those directly through each platform

Facebook Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account and want to remove the connection between AutomationTools.ca and Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
2. Find AutomationTools.ca and click Remove
3. Additionally, delete your AutomationTools.ca account using the steps above to remove all stored data from our servers
